Websites for clinics that patients can actually use.

By Nadim Al-barqhouty, Founder, Miint · Updated November 8, 2026

Patients search on their phones, often in a hurry. A clinic website has to answer three things fast: what you treat, where you are and how to book. Miint builds clinic and healthcare sites around those questions.

What a clinic site needs

Content and advertising rules

Health regulators set rules about how practices can advertise, including what claims and testimonials are allowed. We write copy conservatively, avoid outcome promises and leave final approval of every claim with you. We are not your regulator or your lawyer, so check your college's current advertising guidelines before launch.

Patient information and forms

Web forms are easy to get wrong when they collect health information. We recommend keeping forms to contact details and a short reason for the visit, and moving clinical details into your practice management or intake system. If you plan to collect more online, get a privacy review for your jurisdiction first. We can build the form and connect it to the tools you use.

Pricing

From $5,500 USD, one-time

The Professional package covers up to 12 pages, which suits most single-location clinics. See the full list of what is included or the pricing page. Multi-location practices are quoted separately.

Ongoing support

The Website Care Plan ($150/month) covers hosting, backups, monitoring and an hour of changes each month, which fits updating hours, adding a practitioner or posting a closure notice. For ongoing visibility see local SEO for clinics.

Common questions

Do you work with dental, physio, mental health and other clinics?

Yes. The structure is similar across practice types. We tailor the service pages and tone to your field.

Can you connect my existing booking system?

In most cases yes. Calendly and most online booking tools can be embedded or linked. Tell us what you use.

Can I show patient reviews?

That depends on your regulator's rules. We can add a review widget that pulls from Google, and we will flag any wording that may conflict with your guidelines.

How long does it take?

Four to six weeks for a typical single-location clinic.
